This role is responsible for driving overall sales performance of a dealership outlet, leading and developing the sales team, and ensuring smooth daily operations. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets, strengthening showroom standards, and building a strong sales culture aligned with the company’s brand and corporate identity.
Job Responsibility:
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales KPIs
Oversee daily sales operations and ensure smooth showroom activities
Recruit, train, and develop sales consultants to build a strong, capable team
Drive outlet performance through effective planning, tracking, and execution
Ensure showroom Corporate Identity (CI) standards are consistently maintained
Monitor sales pipeline, conversion rates, and customer experience
Work closely with management to execute sales strategies and campaigns
Handle escalations and support the team in closing key deals
Requirements:
Proven experience in automotive sales, dealership, or retail sales management
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage sales teams
Results-driven mindset with solid track record in meeting sales targets
Good understanding of showroom operations and sales processes
Excellent communication, coaching, and people management skills
Hands-on, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced sales environment
