Job Description:

Responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and room service (if applicable). The Outlet Manager plays a key leadership role in ensuring high levels of guest and employee satisfaction, operational excellence, and financial performance. This includes supporting menu planning, maintaining sanitation standards, and providing hands-on leadership during peak service periods.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversees outlet operations including service flow, cleanliness, and team deployment
  • Maintains service and sanitation standards across all assigned areas
  • Adjusts staffing levels based on operational needs and guest volumes
  • Leads and motivates the team by example, promoting accountability and high standards
  • Builds a culture of trust, respect, and collaboration
  • Provides regular coaching and performance feedback
  • Ensures compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and local liquor laws
  • Acts as the main point of contact for guest interactions within the outlet
  • Empowers staff to deliver anticipatory and personalized service
  • Proactively handles guest concerns and seeks feedback to improve service
  • Monitors service delivery to ensure consistent guest satisfaction from arrival to departure
  • Establishes performance expectations and conducts regular evaluations
  • Provides ongoing training tailored to service standards and guest needs
  • Creates a positive working environment that promotes retention and development
  • Implements recognition practices to motivate and engage team members
  • Assists floor staff during peak hours and special events
  • Ensures quality control for food presentation and service flow
  • Manages outlet-related purchasing, inventory, and invoice processes

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 4 years of experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
  • OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
  • 2 years of relevant experience
  • Must be fluent in Chinese and English (spoken and written)
