Job Description:

As an Outlet Host, you are the first point of contact for our guests in the dining outlet. Your warm and welcoming demeanor sets the tone for a memorable dining experience. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests feel valued and cared for from the moment they arrive. Join our team and be the friendly face that creates a lasting impression.

Job Responsibility:

  • Greet guests as they arrive, assist with seating arrangements, and provide menus
  • Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere
  • Ensure accurate and efficient guest reservations and seating assignments
  • Communicate with the outlet team to manage table turnover and waitlist efficiently
  • Address guest inquiries, special requests, and dietary restrictions with care and attention
  • Monitor the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, alerting staff to any issues
  • Assist with the coordination of special events, parties, or group reservations
  • Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
  • Keep track of guest counts and assist in maintaining waitlists during busy periods
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions, maintain accurate checks, and provide guests with receipts
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to assist guests effectively
  • Bid farewell to guests and thank them for choosing our outlet as they depart
  • Assist with Room Service tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • hospitality or customer service experience is a plus
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and a passion for creating positive guest experiences
  • Ability to remain composed and friendly in high-pressure situations
  • Basic computer skills for reservation and payment processing
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
