Requirements:
Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Portuguese and English language
Bachelor degree, preferable in hotel and restaurant management
1-2 years in restaurant management and or supervisory experience
Knowledge of service, cost control in F&B, labor controls, maintenance, merchandising and accounting
