Job Responsibility
Assist the Food & Beverage department in its daily operational requirements
Supervise the department in the absence of the Food & Beverage Supervisors
Complete all duties in line with SOP and train junior staff in SOP
Set an example of professional behaviours
Participate (attend and engage) in all scheduled training and meetings to assist Ayers Rock Resort management
Requirements
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
Assist the Food & Beverage department in its daily operational requirements
Supervise the department in the absence of the Food & Beverage Supervisors
Complete all duties in line with SOP and train junior staff in SOP
