Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Outdoor Dining Coordinator to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks. We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated individual, with strong attention to detail and time management skills to join our Conference & Events Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of information related to Conference, Events, Groups, Banquet, and Outdoor Catering. Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate all aspects of all Outdoor dining Venues
  • Collaborate with resort departments to ensure seamless event execution and address client needs effectively
  • Direct operational staff during events to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues promptly
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
  • Manage the flow of information related to Conference, Events, Groups, Banquet, and Outdoor Catering
  • Maximize department profitability while ensuring unparalleled guest satisfaction
