An Epic Icon needs an Epic Team! We are searching for an Outdoor Dining Coordinator to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of information related to Conference, Events, Groups, Banquet, and Outdoor Catering. Your primary goal will be to maximize department profitability while ensuring unparalleled guest satisfaction. Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate all aspects of all Outdoor dining Venues
  • Collaborate with resort departments to ensure seamless event execution and address client needs effectively
  • Direct operational staff during events to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues promptly
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
