Requirements

2+ years of sales management experience
indirectly or directly leading sales team in an inbound/outbound customer-facing environment
Interest and excitement to take responsibility for building an entirely new function within an existing department
Experience using an automated phone dialler system and/or CRM (customer relationship management system) is preferred
