We are launching a brand-new, high-impact outbound initiative to proactively capture corporate travel and extended-stay market share across the US. We are looking for a driven Outbound SDR to help build and scale this channel. In this role, you will partner closely with our internal data teams, who will supply you with targeted market signals, competitor intelligence, and commercial project alerts. Your mission is to take these leads, execute strategic outreach, break through the noise, and secure qualified meetings. Job Responsibility
Spearhead Targeted Outreach: Drive a high-volume, consistent cadence of outbound calls and personalized emails directly to US-based corporate travel decision-makers
Execute Strategic Market Plays: Act rapidly on fresh market signals (e.g., reaching out when a new regional construction project is announced) to engage prospects at the right time
Generate High-Value Pipeline: Navigate corporate structures smoothly, confidently handle gatekeepers, and secure high-intent meetings that lead to revenue for our hotels
Drive Process Excellence: Maintain pristine data hygiene within our CRM, ensuring rapid follow-up and seamless handoffs to the closing team
Shape the Playbook: As a founding member of this initiative, provide direct feedback to leadership on which messaging, channels, and campaigns are converting best
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of proven B2B outbound sales experience, with a strict focus on the US market
A strong understanding of US business culture, regional geography, and communication styles
A documented history of consistently meeting or exceeding outbound activity targets and meeting-generation quotas
High comfort level and confidence on the phone
you view cold calling as the fastest way to initiate a business relationship
Proficiency in CRM platforms and modern sales engagement tools
A highly accountable, self-motivated mentality—you take ownership of your pipeline and thrive in a results-driven environment
