Job Description:

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our client's team in New York, New York. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for outbound sales and a talent for building strong client relationships. As part of a dynamic environment, you will focus on developing new business opportunities and achieving measurable sales goals. This position is base plus commission.

Job Responsibility:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to establish a strong sales pipeline
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients across various industries, including wholesalers, promotional companies, and e-commerce businesses
  • Conduct thorough research on potential clients to assess feasibility based on product dimensions, quantities, pricing, and profitability
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create pricing strategies and tailor sales pitches for optimal deal closure
  • Develop innovative outreach strategies to target high-value prospects and drive sales growth
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets
  • Regularly meet with clients in the local area to strengthen partnerships and explore new opportunities
  • Leverage industry trends and market insights to identify sectors for business expansion
  • Work independently to achieve and exceed sales goals while adhering to company standards

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in outbound sales B2B in supply chain, ecommerce or wholesale environment
  • Proven track record of generating leads and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple clients and opportunities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with sales tools and systems
  • Ability to develop creative strategies for client outreach and engagement
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel locally within the New York metro area for client meetings and events
