We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our client's team in New York, New York. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for outbound sales and a talent for building strong client relationships. As part of a dynamic environment, you will focus on developing new business opportunities and achieving measurable sales goals. This position is base plus commission.
Job Responsibility:
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to establish a strong sales pipeline
Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients across various industries, including wholesalers, promotional companies, and e-commerce businesses
Conduct thorough research on potential clients to assess feasibility based on product dimensions, quantities, pricing, and profitability
Collaborate with internal teams to create pricing strategies and tailor sales pitches for optimal deal closure
Develop innovative outreach strategies to target high-value prospects and drive sales growth
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets
Regularly meet with clients in the local area to strengthen partnerships and explore new opportunities
Leverage industry trends and market insights to identify sectors for business expansion
Work independently to achieve and exceed sales goals while adhering to company standards
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in outbound sales B2B in supply chain, ecommerce or wholesale environment
Proven track record of generating leads and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas effectively
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple clients and opportunities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with sales tools and systems
Ability to develop creative strategies for client outreach and engagement
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel locally within the New York metro area for client meetings and events
