Are you a natural communicator who loves the thrill of the "win"? We’re looking for high-energy Outbound Sales Representatives to join our Markham team. If you’re motivated by targets, enjoy connecting with people, and want to kickstart a rewarding career in the insurance industry, we want to hear from you! Location: Markham, On (hybrid) Rotating Shifts: This role is Monday - Friday with shifts from 8am-8pm and on Saturdays from 8:30am - 4:30pm Contract - 5 months Hourly pay - $22.00

Job Responsibility:

  • Support high-volume outbound calls from an automated dialer system
  • Engage customers professionally to introduce auto and home insurance offerings
  • Identify customer needs and qualify leads for follow-up by licensed advisors
  • Accurately document call outcomes, customer details, and next steps in the system
  • Schedule callbacks or transfers to appropriate sales teams
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets (calls, lead generation)
  • Handle objections effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in a call center, outbound sales, or customer service role preferred
  • Basic P&C Insurance knowledge
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and engage customers effectively
  • Basic computer skills and experience with CRM/dialer systems
  • Results-oriented with a strong work ethic
