We are seeking a results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to support outbound calling initiatives for Auto and Home Insurance. This role focuses on engaging prospective and existing customers through an automated dialer system to generate qualified follow-up opportunities for licensed advisors. The ideal candidate is sales proficient, confident on the phone, customer-focused, and motivated by performance targets.
Job Responsibility:
Support high-volume outbound calls from an automated dialer system
Engage customers professionally to introduce auto and home insurance offerings
Identify customer needs and qualify leads for follow-up by licensed advisors
Accurately document call outcomes, customer details, and next steps in the system
Schedule callbacks or transfers to appropriate sales teams
Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines
Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets (calls, lead generation)
Handle objections effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience
Requirements:
Previous experience in a call center, outbound sales, or customer service role preferred
Basic P&C Insurance knowledge
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable handling a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment
Ability to build rapport quickly and engage customers effectively
Basic computer skills and experience with CRM/dialer systems
Results-oriented with a strong work ethic
