We are seeking our first in-house Outbound SDR/BDR to join our dynamic team! This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where your primary objective is to generate pipeline consistently. With a successful LinkedIn outbound strategy already in place, we need your expertise to nurture replies, qualify leads, and book meetings for our Sales Lead. You will work closely with the founder and sales lead, operating within IST-friendly hours, and will be provided with the necessary tools, access, and clear KPIs to succeed. The rest is up to you!
Job Responsibility:
Own and manage active LinkedIn conversations daily, including replies, follow-ups, and nurturing
Convert interested replies into booked discovery calls for the Sales Lead
Maintain a structured conversation tracker, noting prospect status, funnel stage, and next actions
Personalize follow-up messages based on prospect context, avoiding generic copy-paste spam
Identify and escalate the warmest leads for immediate action
Build targeted lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools
Write and test cold email sequences, including subject lines, body copy, and calls to action
Manage sequences in outreach tools such as Instantly, Apollo, Lemlist, or equivalent
Track open rates, reply rates, and meeting booking rates weekly
Log all leads and activities in HubSpot or the designated CRM without exception
Maintain a weekly pipeline dashboard, detailing contacts reached, replies, meetings booked, and no-shows
Proactively flag high-potential accounts to prevent warm leads from going cold
Provide a weekly summary to the Sales Lead, outlining what worked, what didn't, and areas needing attention
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Outbound SDR/BDR or in a similar sales development role
Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar lead generation tools
Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
Familiarity with outreach tools like Instantly, Apollo, or Lemlist
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong personalization and copywriting abilities
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
IST-friendly working hours availability
