We are launching a new subscription-based software product in the US small business market. We are hiring a Outbound SDR to dial US-based small business owners, deliver a sharp opening pitch, qualify their pain, and book demos for the sales team to close. You are the front line of the entire sales motion. Every demo on the calendar starts with you. This role does not run demos or close deals. You dial, qualify, book the appointment, log the notes, and move to the next call. This is a high-volume calling role for someone who is confident on the phone, comfortable with rejection, and obsessed with hitting daily activity targets.
Job Responsibility:
Make 80 to 120 outbound calls per day to US-based small business owners
Deliver a tight, value-led opening pitch and qualify within the first 30 seconds
Conduct a brief qualification conversation before booking the demo
Handle common objections with composure and patience
Book qualified demos directly into the sales teams’ calendar
Maintain accurate call logs, dispositions, and follow-up notes in CRM
Iterate on your own script and pitch based on what is working in real time
Hit monthly demo-booking targets
Requirements:
2 to 4 years of B2B cold calling experience targeting the US market
Native or near-native English with a neutral US accent. Small business owners hang up on accents they cannot understand. This is non-negotiable.
Demonstrated experience with high-volume daily dialing
Comfort with cold outbound to small business owners (decision-makers, not gatekeepers)
Ability to handle customers rejections without losing energy or composure
Nice to have:
Experience selling SaaS or subscription-based products to US SMBs
Background in selling to trades, real estate, clinics, salons, or personal services
Track record of hitting or exceeding demo-booking quotas
