Your role as an Outbound Sales Advocate III As an Outbound Sales Advocate III at SkyOne Federal Credit Union, you will be at the forefront of member engagement, consistently exceeding sales expectations while demonstrating a strong grasp of operational processes, including audits, compliance, and business account maintenance. Your role not only involves cultivating and deepening member relationships through high-quality consultative service but also actively supporting team development by sharing best practices and reinforcing positive sales behaviors. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including processing transactions, updating accounts, opening new accounts, and handling loan applications-all while adhering to the Credit Union's rigorous service standards. With a focus on outbound sales and exceptional service, you will contribute to business development efforts, ensuring that members receive value-added products and services that meet their specific needs, all within a supportive team environment that promotes accountability and innovation.

Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a financial services call center
Must be able to work onsite from the Dallas location 5 days a week and attend Credit Union sponsored community events based on business needs
Strong cross-selling and telemarketing skills
Excellent member service, interpersonal, written, and telephone communication skills
Effective training, shadowing, and peer-mentoring skills
Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
Ability to exercise discretion and sound judgment
Must possess a superior level of member service, be a positive role model for staff, and demonstrate a high level of commitment to the organization
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong knowledge and understanding of financial products and services
Windows, Word, Excel, and Internet proficiency
A high degree of confidentiality
