This is a proactive, customer focused role where you’ll make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, helping to secure new projects and book appointments for our field-based sales team.
Job Responsibility:
Make outbound calls to nurture leads, track projects, and protect specifications
Generate and qualify leads from multiple sources
Book customer visits and appointments for our external sales team
Follow up on marketing campaigns and convert opportunities
Use our CRM system (Creatio) and social media tools to identify new business opportunities
Maintain accurate data and share market insights with the wider business
Requirements:
Experience in outbound calling and delivering exceptional customer service
Ability to meet and exceed KPIs in a fast-paced environment
