Job Responsibility:
Lead Generation & Business Growth: Contact landlords, vendors, and applicants to secure valuations and upgrade landlord services
Promote Financial Services and Conveyancing sign-ups, passing leads to the appropriate teams
Book valuation appointments for valuers and ensure smooth handovers
Customer Engagement: Conduct service calls to existing clients, ensuring they are informed about our latest offerings and market trends
Prospecting & Data Utilisation: Work with both warm and cold leads, including landlords and vendors with properties to sell or let (on and off the market)
Process-Driven Approach: Follow structured scripts and set processes to maintain a consistent, professional approach
CRM & Data Management: Accurately update Reapit with call notes, lead status, and key details after every conversation
Performance & KPIs: Achieve and exceed targets for call volume, appointments booked, conversion rates, and revenue contribution
