Resonate is seeking an Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) to proactively generate new enterprise opportunities and expand our market presence. You’ll own top-of-funnel pipeline creation by targeting high-value accounts, engaging senior decision-makers, and sparking interest in Resonate’s data-driven solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Execute outbound prospecting through cold calls, personalized emails, social selling, and account-based strategies
Research enterprise accounts to identify key stakeholders and business priorities
Develop tailored messaging aligned to industry, persona, and use case
Book qualified meetings with enterprise prospects
Consistently meet or exceed outbound activity and pipeline generation targets
Position Resonate’s solutions against prospect pain points and competitive alternatives
Partner with Marketing and Account Executives on vertical or account-based acquisition strategies
Share insights from the field to improve messaging, targeting, and playbooks
Stay current on industry trends, buyer challenges, and Resonate’s evolving offerings
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or demand generation
Account development/inside sales experience in demand generation to a marketing/research/insights/intelligence/analytics audience - ideally for a software or SaaS company in the MarTech space
Proven track record of achieving (and, even better, exceeding) quota
Proficient at prospecting, list building, account researching tactics
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Experience in using Salesforce.com, RainKing, DiscoverOrg, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Ability to understand and explain complex technology quickly and easily
Excellent at handling rejection, being able to pivot and transform conversations
Inquisitive, with excellent listening skills
A high level of personal drive and focus on objectives
