Job Description

This is a high impact, net new business role for a seller who knows how to create pipeline, run a disciplined sales process, and close. You’ll be responsible for owning the full sales cycle from prospecting into target accounts to running discovery, demos, and negotiations through close. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys the challenge of outbound, and wants meaningful ownership in a growing company. You won’t just help us hit revenue goals, you’ll help shape how we scale.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through close
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of net new opportunities across target accounts
  • Prospect through email, cold calls, LinkedIn, and other creative outbound channels
  • Run strong discovery, demo, and evaluation processes with multiple stakeholders
  • Clearly communicate Amplemarket’s value to sales leaders, revenue teams, and executive buyers
  • Manage deal progression with rigor, including qualification, follow-up, objection handling, and next step precision
  • Partner closely with leadership to refine messaging, outbound strategy, and territory execution
  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline discipline
  • Share market feedback to help improve positioning, process, and product insight

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS
  • A track record of closing net-new business and consistently performing against quota
  • Strong outbound prospecting skills and comfort generating your own pipeline
  • Experience running full cycle sales motions from discovery through close
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence selling to multiple stakeholders, including managers, directors, VPs, and executives
  • High ownership, strong urgency, and the ability to operate well in a fast-moving environment
  • Curiosity, resilience, and a genuine interest in modern sales technology
  • Ability to work effectively across EMEA markets and buying environments

Nice to have

  • Experience selling sales tech, martech, RevTech, or adjacent SaaS products
  • Experience selling into sales, growth, or revenue organizations
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Unify, 6sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, etc.
