Job Description

Marketing Execution Lead is a marketing position responsible for building and implementing the channel marketing strategy within the OOH channel. This position is responsible for creating on trade solutions to support the growth of the beverage segment in the NARTD category and to achieve the company's business objectives taking into account local regulations and CCH commitments. This role requires extensive cross-functional cooperation, Coca-Cola system as well as collaboration and third party management (marketing agencies).

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute comprehensive channel marketing strategies in line with overall business objectives
  • Create trade marketing plans, tools and programs tailored to specific channel and business requirements
  • Monitor competitive activities and consumer trends, adapting trade marketing strategies and plans to changing market and competitive conditions
  • Continuously improve implemented solutions and standards, ensuring adaptability to changing market dynamics
  • Conducting effective cross-functional projects, ensuring the highest standards of implementation of activities
  • Playing an active role in influencing decision-making processes by presenting project analyses and making proposals for the development of required tools
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders by developing joint business plans
  • Achieve targets and key business indicators (KBI) specific to each channel or customer profitability level (CPL)
  • Collaborating on the design of Point of Sale (POS) materials tailored to each channel
  • Taking responsibility for marketing spend and budget control, ensuring cost-effective management of marketing programs
  • Demonstrate full responsibility for dedicated projects, ensuring successful completion within established deadlines
  • Consistently contribute to a positive team environment, fostering collaboration and synergy between departments
  • Maintain continuous influential relationships, ensuring that commitments are fully implemented and in line with organizational goals

Requirements

  • University degree
  • Min. 3 years experience preferably in FMCG (main HoReCa) in the marketing/sales
  • Commercial and HoReCa understanding
  • Financial Acumen
  • Analytical thinking & synthesis to drive decision making
  • Computer skills Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • B-Category driver’s license
