Job Description:

Our 4-week Finishing Program offers competitive training pay. Once you’ve completed your CDL classroom training and obtained your CDL, it’s time to really get rolling. You’ll build on skills you learned on the range by hitting the road with an experienced Halvor Lines driver trainer.

Job Responsibility:

Take the wheel with confidence
Practice backing
Get real-time tips and coaching from your trainer
Ask questions

Requirements:

Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
Medical Card
Certified Birth Certificate or Passport (To attain TWIC Card)
Social Security Card

What we offer:

Paid training
$1,000 minimum weekly guarantee during training
Accessorials (cover long layovers, crossing Canadian border, etc.)
After six months, opportunity to earn additional 27 cents per mile as an OTR driver trainer
Driver trainers earn an additional 27 cents for every dispatched mile while training
