Job Responsibility:

  • Leading and developing the Accounts Receivable team to achieve KPIs, SLAs and Order to Cash objectives, including motivation, coaching, performance management and annual evaluations
  • Ensuring appropriate staffing and competencies within the team, including recruitment, succession/substitution planning and skill alignment
  • Ensuring high quality and compliance of AR processes, including SOX requirements, internal controls, audit support and adherence to global GBS standards
  • Overseeing billing and accounting operations, ensuring effective execution of accounting processes, accurate recording and circulation of financial documents
  • Monitoring and reconciling account balances, performing ongoing accounting and financial operations

Requirements:

  • Higher education in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • Professional experience in Finance / Order to Cash within a GBS or Shared Services environment, including people management experience
  • Strong knowledge of collection and billing processes and financial operations
  • Proficiency in financial tools and systems, including Excel and SAP Finance
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to delegate tasks and manage priorities effectively
