Job Responsibility:
Leading and developing the Accounts Receivable team to achieve KPIs, SLAs and Order to Cash objectives, including motivation, coaching, performance management and annual evaluations
Ensuring appropriate staffing and competencies within the team, including recruitment, succession/substitution planning and skill alignment
Ensuring high quality and compliance of AR processes, including SOX requirements, internal controls, audit support and adherence to global GBS standards
Overseeing billing and accounting operations, ensuring effective execution of accounting processes, accurate recording and circulation of financial documents
Monitoring and reconciling account balances, performing ongoing accounting and financial operations
Requirements:
Higher education in Finance, Accounting or Economics
Professional experience in Finance / Order to Cash within a GBS or Shared Services environment, including people management experience
Strong knowledge of collection and billing processes and financial operations
Proficiency in financial tools and systems, including Excel and SAP Finance
Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to delegate tasks and manage priorities effectively
Ability to build effective relationships with business stakeholders
Strategic thinking and proactivity, with the ability to initiate change and make decisions
Fluent business English
