Requirements

Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with HRIS systems
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, dashboard creation, and HRIS systems
Experience working with HR teams to understand the HR processes, including onboarding, benefits, payroll, and compensation
Excellent analytical skills, the ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and strong collaboration skills

Job Responsibility

Perform user setup, manage security roles/permissions, and oversee workflows
Conduct regular audits to maintain data quality and ensure compliance with security policies
Collect and interpret HR data to design dashboards, produce metrics, and fulfill ad hoc reporting requests
Provide first- and second-level support for system issues and escalate complex problems as needed
Develop user guides and training materials
train HR team members and end-users on system functionality
Maintain accurate and timely data integration between the HRIS and other internal systems

Cover the shared accounts mailbox two days per week, responding to queries promptly and professionally
Assist with weekly payroll, covering for 160 weekly‑paid staff as required
Support the finance team with ad hoc office duties and month‑end tasks as needed
