The OTC Master Data Lead will take ownership of both Customer Master and Transportation Master data processes, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and governance of critical data across the organization. This role will drive data validation, cleansing, and enrichment initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex data issues and implement process improvements and lead data migration and integration initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Leading end-to-end management of Customer and Transportation Master data
Overseeing data quality through validation, cleansing, and enrichment activities
Ensuring compliance with data governance standards and organizational policies
Monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics to track data integrity and process efficiency
Driving data migration and integration initiatives to support business transformation and system enhancements
Partnering with stakeholders across functions to strengthen master data processes and enable seamless OTC operations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in a STEM discipline and 8-10 years of experience in enterprise applications like SAP, and Oracle
Proven experience in Customer Master data management and data governance
Industry experience preferably in healthcare or biotech supply chain
Proficient in MS Office, visualization tools like Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and resolve data issues
Experience in leading and managing successful teams
Master data knowledge in the Customer Master domain
Expertise in mastering data management & order-to-cash processes along with data governance
Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and proven experience in data implementation/integration projects
Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to set data strategy for a master domain(s) and drive prioritization across different projects and day-to-day operations
Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and regulatory compliance standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, GxP)
Excellent ownership, problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on driving continuous improvement in data accuracy and quality
Nice to have:
Transportation Management (SAP-TM) will be beneficial
Other domains such as Material & SAP TM (transportation management) are a plus
