Job Description

SAFEbit, as a cryptocurrency exchange distinguished in the market by speed, security, and innovation, is seeking an experienced OTC Manager to lead high-volume OTC transactions.

Job Responsibility

  • Planning, coordinating, and ensuring the smooth execution of high-value cryptocurrency buy and sell transactions in OTC operations from start to finish
  • Preparing competitive price offers for large transaction requests from institutional and qualified individual clients, and executing approved trades quickly and accurately
  • Communicating directly with OTC clients to understand their needs, developing tailored solutions and strategies, and providing support during large-scale transactions as a trusted advisor and solution partner
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with liquidity providers to ensure optimal liquidity and pricing for each transaction, contributing to the platform’s high liquidity goals while monitoring market depth
  • Closely following real-time market developments, price movements, and trends
  • sharing important market information with the team, and preparing daily/weekly transaction reports for management
  • Ensuring all OTC transactions are carried out in compliance with company procedures, risk management criteria, and relevant legal regulations, and coordinating with compliance and legal teams when necessary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from relevant university departments
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in OTC, corporate sales, or cryptocurrency transactions
  • Experience in executing high-volume transactions and managing liquidity
  • Knowledge of cryptocurrency markets, exchange mechanisms, and OTC processes
  • Ability to closely monitor current market trends and industry developments
  • Preferably advanced proficiency in English
  • Experience in institutional client management or similar roles
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • No restriction in commuting to our Maslak Office
  • For male candidates, preferably completion of military service
