Job Description:

Randstad is partnering with a Global Shared Service to looking for a Talent in AR / OTC functions! We are currently looking for a OTC Manager, who will report to the Senior Manager to support migration of new countries and stablizing the internal process, as well as managing a team.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the team in the performance of day-to-day activities in the end-to-end process of OTC, inclusive but not limited to - billing, cash application, credit collection, AR aging, OTC month-end close
Manage the staff budget and related expenses
Responsible for the OTC month-end close related activities including cash/ accounts receivable reconciliation
Support in the project of migration and process improvements after
Manage customer and maintain the master data
Assess new and existing customer's credit risk
Process dispute/ deduction adjustments and write-off balances
Any other OTC related tasks

Requirements:

experience in the Shared Service environment with end-to-end OTC experience
local Malaysia resident (must)
degree in accounting is preferrable
at least 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in the AR function
2+ years of experience in invoicing, collections and customer credit functions in a high transaction volume organization
knowledge of SAP is preferred
