Job Responsibility:

  • Support daily OTC operations, including cash application, invoicing, and customer account management
  • Support month-end closing activities, including reconciliation of accounts
  • Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the OTC cycle
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ensure 100% data accuracy in all applied system

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in Polish (both spoken and written)
  • English at a communicative level to interact with international teams and stakeholders
