Job Description - SAP OTC Consultant with Retail Experience We are looking for an SAP OTC Consultant with Retail experience to support and enhance Order-to-Cash processes in SAP environments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP SD/OTC processes along with domain experience in retail business scenarios such as pricing, promotions, store sales, customer hierarchy, returns, billing, and supply chain integration. Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis) Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and design SAP OTC solutions with a focus on retail industry processes. - Configure and support SAP SD modules for end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes. - Manage sales order processing, pricing, billing, delivery, shipping, returns, credit management, and customer master data. - Work on retail-specific scenarios including promotions, discounts, assortment management impacts, store order processing, retail pricing, and customer-specific sales processes. - Support integration with SAP MM, FI, WM/EWM, and SAP Retail processes. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications. - Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, regression testing, and issue resolution. - Prepare functional specifications for custom developments, reports, interfaces, forms, and enhancements. - Provide user training, process documentation, cutover support, and post-go-live support. - Work on master data and transactional data related to sales, customers, materials, and retail distribution processes. - Participate in implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
