Job Description:

You will be responsible for Business Analysis, producing project artifacts and implementing the defined solution. You would drive multiple projects simultaneously requiring the ability to multi-task. You will also own business/ functional requirements and change requests, document solutions and manage end to end project delivery.

Job Responsibility:

Business Analysis, producing project artifacts (such as Business Requirement and Test Strategy documentation) and implementing the defined solution
Owning business/ functional requirements and change requests, documenting solution and managing end to end project delivery
Understanding Business priorities and working as a liaison between Business and Development teams
Maintaining Book of Work and facilitating prioritization discussions with key business stakeholders
Managing relationship with Business and taking ownership for providing regular project updates to key business and technology stakeholders
Communicating key project risks, defining mitigation strategies and managing resolution
Developing test strategies, documenting test scenarios and coordinating User Acceptance Testing across front to back tech stack
Developing Project Plans and UAT Run-books
Working with development and support teams to resolve production issues and identify root cause

Requirements:

OTC and Exchange Trades Derivatives product knowledge
BA/PM experience in Clearing will be a bonus
Good working knowledge of the Regulatory space around the product
Excellent interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder expectations
Demonstrated experience writing requirements
A proven track record of business analysis experience
A team player attitude
A strong desire to learn
Practical experience in analysis, design and project managing end to end delivery
Strong analytical/problem solving skills
Flexibility to work with a global team, across geographies and time zones
Understanding of the SDLC
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum or Waterfall methodology
Capital markets experience, or an interest in becoming a subject matter expert within our business
