Requirements

At least be able to follow passively a conversation in both of our national languages Dutch & French (this is a must)
Passionate about IT/OT Operations Infrastructure technologies
Analytical reasoning skills for problem diagnostics
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a regulated environment
Have expertise in cabling ICT equipment racked in datacentres (e.g. servers, switches, patch panels, …)
Be structured, precise and well organized
Be able to work with Windows Office, with a basic knowledge of Excel
Having a “Security Clearance” (ideally, Secret Level)
Have at least 5 years of similar expertise

Job Responsibility

Install servers, switches, patch panels… and apply copper and FO cabling
Participate to the “as-is” and “to-be” cabling documentation (e. g. precise maintenance of the Configuration Management Database, datacentre layout…)
Ensure that the datacentre as-built documentation is top notch (plan and document as-builts for the datacentre)
Become a first line contact point for the IT/OT Operations Network team to apply changes in the datacentre
Participate in a datacentre management roll (e. g. rack layout, security aspects, cooling…)
