Osteria Mozza Lāna'i - Acclaimed chef Nancy Silverton is known for Los Angeles eateries such as Michelin-starred Osteria Mozza, Pizzeria Mozza and chi SPACCA. Job Responsibility
Recruit, develop, and lead departmental employees and supervisors by setting clear expectations, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring consistent adherence to established service, cultural, and operational standards while supporting daily outlet planning and execution
Deliver standout guest experiences through a dynamic floor presence, engaging personally with guests, anticipating needs, resolving concerns in real time
Drive strong, cohesive operations through confident, proactive communication, aligning Front- and Back-of-House teams while collaborating closely with other departments, and especially Culinary leadership for menu offerings and specials to ensure consistent execution and team success
Optimize labor and operating performance by implementing strategic scheduling, disciplined budgeting, informed purchasing decisions, robust inventory controls, and effective cost-management processes to support operational efficiency and profitability
Requirements
Legal work authorization in United States (unless the candidate is currently in a managerial position at another Four Seasons location as they may qualify for a L-1 Visa sponsorship)
The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required
Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card and Hawaii Food Handler's Card
Hawaii Maui County Liquor Card required for this role
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
Customer-focused, detail-oriented leader with proven team-building and coaching skills, who maintains composure and professionalism in fast-paced, high-volume environments while effectively leading teams and executing service standards
Proficient in restaurant management software, POS systems, and basic accounting/financial tools
Prior experience in a leadership role within luxury Food & Beverage or full-service restaurant operations preferred
