5+ years of customer service, hospitality, or event coordination experience
3-5 years of audio-visual experience
Valid driver's license for operation of company vehicles

Job Responsibility

Supervising and coordinating daily OST activities to ensure timely setup, refresh, and removal of equipment across all venues
Serving as the direct line of communication between the OST team, meetings/events team, and facilities management
Overseeing meeting and training room daily refresh operations including furniture configuration and setup
Meeting with guests on-site to ensure needs are met and equipment setup is working properly
Coordinating setup, tear-down, and equipment logistics across multiple events
Operating and overseeing various audio-visual equipment for live and virtual events
Conducting team meetings and participating in venue planning sessions (event orders, pre-event planning)
Supervising preventative maintenance programs to keep equipment presentable, functional, and compliant with safety protocols
Managing scheduling for evening and weekend work requirements and coordinating physical inventory counts

Provides Level II IT support services in relationship to ongoing support and projects that are handled by the client’s Technology Service Desk
Projects include PC (Technology) Refresh, Computer Imaging/Reimaging, Hardware Rollouts, Hardware Migrations, Hardware Upgrades, User/Department (Workstation) Relocations, etc.
