Job Description:

We are seeking an OSS Solution Expert specialising in RAN Optimisation to design, develop, test, and launch complex OSS systems across European markets, with a primary focus on Vodafone Germany (ActixOne / VFDE Analytics platform). This role involves full lifecycle management of RAN planning and optimisation solutions, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and ensuring alignment with OSS strategy.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design software architecture for Operational Readiness systems, particularly ActixOne / VFDE Analytics platform
  • Define and execute test plans with OSS Planning Tools teams and stakeholders
  • Deliver projects aligned with DNOSS strategy for Vodafone Germany
  • Manage solution design, project milestones, and timelines
  • Support BAU and digital transformation initiatives such as tools consolidation, automation, and process simplification
  • Oversee planning, dimensioning, and capacity management based on traffic forecasts
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation (HLD, LLD, budget reports, acceptance criteria)
  • Collaborate across technical and non-technical teams to identify efficient solutions
  • Proactively assess business impact, mitigate risks, and manage conflicts
  • Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and reporting

Requirements:

  • Strong telecom knowledge across IT and network domains
  • Advanced experience in RAN planning and implementation systems (e.g., ATOLL, ActixOne)
  • Familiarity with ActixOne/VFDE Analytics platform is an advantage
  • Expertise in software development frameworks and tools, with full lifecycle experience
  • Understanding of mobile network nodes, interfaces, and operator processes
  • Proficiency in Jira for demand and project management
  • Proven ability to deliver projects in remote/regional models with minimal escalations
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills
  • German language skills are a plus
  • Engineering degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • OSS domain certification preferred
