Job Description:

The Assurance domain is part of Digital Network & OSS. The purpose is to engineer and deliver Fault Management Systems. These tools enable the 1st Level and 2nd level operations to manage the network efficiently.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver Fault Management solutions to effective monitor the network from our Network Operating Center
  • Increase the automation capabilities and enable zero touch operations
  • Define and deliver technical solutions that enable working cross different OSS platforms
  • Analyse the business requirements of our internal customer in NOC
  • Ensure reliable of the TeMIP system
  • Define the platform roadmap
  • Accountable for the engineering of the TeMIP FM systems and complex solutions across the European markets in line with business needs and the domain's and vertical's strategy

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of OSS systems, especially HPE TeMIP
  • Bachelor's degree or FP (Spain) in telecommunications field
  • At least 5 years professional experience in same or similar role
  • Good communication & teamwork skills, ideally in international environments
  • Project management skills
  • High level of english. It will be the working language

Nice to have:

Experience working with Agile Scrum or Safe methodology
