The role will be responsible for delivery on a range of projects for various customers of DeployPartners.

Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for system installation, configuration, testing
  • Estimating required project effort and duration
  • Prepare and submit project/weekly reports on work executed
  • Prepare and create clear, concise and professional project documentation
  • Assisting in presales activities, including responding to RFP, RFQ, SOW
  • Provide customer support on Tivoli Suite of products and assist with Trouble Tickets logged on live and development systems when not on site

Requirements:

  • 5 years experience in Network & Telecommunications, cloud infrastructure desirable
  • Foundational OSS, Dev ops, Open Shift, Agile
  • Knowledge of telecommunication networks, enterprise software
  • Certified in IBM Tivoli Product Suite including ITNM, ITM, SCAPM, TNPM, TCR, TIP, OMNIbus, Impact, TBSM and Smart Cloud Analytics, Splunk enterprise
  • IBM Dashboard Application Service Hub (DASH)
  • Experience in Cisco Prime Suite
  • ITSM Solutions such as IBM Tivoli, BMC & HP
  • Solid scripting experience (Shell, Perl)
  • Experience with databases
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with a good command of English
  • AGSVA Security Clearance highly regarded
