We are seeking a highly skilled Domain Architect to lead the technical evolution of key OSS/BSS platforms, with specialisation in either Siebel CRM or OSS technologies such as OSM, ASAP or UIM. The individual will be responsible for platform roadmaps, assurance of technical designs, cross-domain collaboration, and stakeholder management across architecture, delivery, and operations. The role demands a deep understanding of end‑to‑end telecom flows, strong architectural leadership, and hands-on capability in managing complex technical landscapes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Produce in‑year and long-term (2–5 year) system roadmaps guiding technical upgrades, capacity planning, decommissioning and platform evolution
  • Participate in design reviews to ensure alignment with domain capabilities, technical strategy, system roadmaps, and architecture principles across the development lifecycle
  • Evaluate and challenge upstream requirements to achieve a balanced approach to functional and non‑functional needs, ensuring simplicity, performance and cost-effectiveness
  • Lead and assure all Low-Level Designs (LLDs) and key technical artefacts including migration designs, implementation approaches, test frameworks and operational handover documents
  • Maintain and monitor platform performance and capacity measures to ensure compliance with business SLAs and long-term technical alignment
  • Act as Technical Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the domain, providing expertise across applications and infrastructure landscapes
  • Support major incidents, planned releases, and urgent patching needs in partnership with operations and supplier teams
  • Support the Domain Lead in evaluating supplier estimates, validating technical scope and ensuring alignment with agreed estimation models
  • Collaborate closely with delivery partners, product vendors, internal teams, and senior stakeholders to align technical roadmaps and influence product evolution
  • Coordinate with Programme and Project teams, Architecture groups, Operations, Testing, Technology partners and Supply Chain to deliver high-quality technical outcomes

Requirements:

  • 12–15 years of experience as a Siebel or OSM Technical Architect within telecom or related industries
  • Strong awareness of telecom architecture, telecom processes and end‑to‑end OSS/BSS flows
  • Understanding of TM Forum (TMF) frameworks
  • Excellent capability in MS Excel, Power BI, MS Teams and strong presentation skills
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and problem‑solving abilities
  • Familiarity with the SAFe framework, Agile methodologies and broad ADM concepts
  • Proven experience in producing system roadmaps, governing technical designs, and leading architectural initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to challenge constructively, think logically and deliver solutions collaboratively
What we offer:
  • Opportunity to lead architectural strategy for critical OSS/BSS platforms within a global organisation
  • Exposure to large‑scale digital transformation initiatives and cutting‑edge Telco technology stacks
  • Collaboration with senior leaders, global technology teams, and strategic partners such as Accenture
  • A workplace that embraces VOIS EVP pillars — making an impact, belonging, growth, and transforming the future
  • A culture that values innovation, continuous learning, and diverse perspectives
