Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelors of Early Childhood Education OR ACECQA-approved qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years prior experience as a Regional Manager
Multi-site leadership and compliance experience
Working with Children Check
First Aid and CPR Certificate
Current driver's licence
Passionate belief in the early years care, development and education of children
Strong ethics and genuine approach towards child safety and WHS
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Adaptability, flexibility, resilience, and is able to respond positively to change
