One of Australia's leading providers of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) organisations is looking for experienced Regional Managers to join their team. Job Responsibility:

  • Mentor and empower your teams to become local leaders, fostering a culture of ownership and a mission to deliver the best child experiences
  • Navigate the A&R process with ease, supported by a dedicated internal quality and audit powerhouse that ensures your services consistently exceed benchmarks
  • Build strong trusting relationships with key stakeholders, aligning diverse community expectations into cohesive, thriving OSHC programs
  • Turn challenges into growth opportunities within a supportive, collaborative environment
  • Use data to tell the story of your region’s success, identifying untapped opportunities to elevate service standards and team performance
  • Implement a consistent cycle of performance reviews that identify top talent and elevate service standards

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelors of Early Childhood Education OR ACECQA-approved qualifications
  • Minimum 1-2 years prior experience as a Regional Manager
  • Multi-site leadership and compliance experience
  • Working with Children Check
  • First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Current driver's licence
  • Passionate belief in the early years care, development and education of children
  • Strong ethics and genuine approach towards child safety and WHS
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptability, flexibility, resilience, and is able to respond positively to change
