A Passion for Childcare: A genuine love for working with children and supporting their development
Minimum Qualification: A Certificate III in Children’s Services, Education Support, Youth Work or similar — or actively working towards one. (Diploma not required.)
Required Compliance: Current Working With Children Check (Employee), Child Protection certificate, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)
Team Spirit: A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to a positive team culture
Availability: Must be available for at mornings (6:30am – 9:00am) and afternoons (2:30pm – 6:30pm)

Support the delivery of activities that build children’s confidence, creativity, and social skills

Assist with daily operations, including supervision, transitions, cleaning, and food preparation
