Job Description:

This is more than a Coordinator role — it’s a 9-month opportunity to step into leadership and take ownership of a well-established Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service, with the support of an experienced and values-driven organisation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in education and care
  • Diploma in Children’s Services (or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated leadership in a childcare or OSHC setting
  • Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place, and child protection requirements
  • A child-safe mindset and a genuine commitment to supporting children’s wellbeing and development
  • Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (or willing to obtain)
  • NSW Working with Children Check + Driver's Licence
