Job Responsibility:
Lead daily operations
Build a positive team culture
Deliver engaging programs that support children’s development
Strengthening relationships with families and school communities
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in education and care
Diploma in Children’s Services (or equivalent)
Demonstrated leadership in a childcare or OSHC setting
Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place, and child protection requirements
A child-safe mindset and a genuine commitment to supporting children’s wellbeing and development
Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (or willing to obtain)
NSW Working with Children Check + Driver's Licence
