Job Responsibility:

  • Take ownership of a well-established OSHC service and lead it with confidence
  • Set the standard for quality, culture and consistency
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with children, families and school partners
  • Lead engaging programs that support children’s development while meeting educational and community expectations
  • Develop your leadership capability with the backing of a supportive, experienced organisation
  • Oversee daily operations, guide and develop your team, ensure compliance and deliver programs

Requirements:

  • Experience in OSHC, early childhood or a related education setting
  • Exposure to leadership (e.g. Assistant Coordinator, 2IC, senior educator)
  • The ambition to progress into a leadership role and build your capability
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to guide and support others
  • Organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • An understanding of quality standards and compliance, or a willingness to develop this knowledge
  • A Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC)
  • A flexible, proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • A current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualification
