Job Responsibility:
Take ownership of a well-established OSHC service and lead it with confidence
Set the standard for quality, culture and consistency
Build strong, trusted relationships with children, families and school partners
Lead engaging programs that support children’s development while meeting educational and community expectations
Develop your leadership capability with the backing of a supportive, experienced organisation
Oversee daily operations, guide and develop your team, ensure compliance and deliver programs
Requirements:
Experience in OSHC, early childhood or a related education setting
Exposure to leadership (e.g. Assistant Coordinator, 2IC, senior educator)
The ambition to progress into a leadership role and build your capability
Strong communication skills and the confidence to guide and support others
Organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
An understanding of quality standards and compliance, or a willingness to develop this knowledge
A Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC)
A flexible, proactive and solutions-focused approach
A current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualification
