Under the general supervision of the Associate Director and the Outreach Training Department Manager, this position is responsible for all contact with OSHA Outreach trainers and the processing of their conducted Outreach courses. This position provides excellent customer service by assisting Outreach trainers in all aspects of their interaction with OSHA Outreach Training Department, including providing information about the online Storefront reporting portal and database, processing and reviewing all OSHA Outreach reports, printing all Outreach student cards, mailing cards and corresponding letters.
Job Responsibility

Requirements
Strong demonstrated background and experience in customer service
Demonstrated ability to process a large volume of documents rapidly and accurately with close attention to detail
Ability to operate PC and the following software packages: Microsoft Word, Access, Outlook email, Excel & Windows
Ability to clearly communicate information to a broad variety of people on the phone, in person and in writing
Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
Excellent interpersonal skills, emphasizing tact, diplomacy and flexibility
Ability to work with minimal supervision, initiate tasks, and prioritize activities
Ability to operate office equipment: PC, copy machines, printers and fax machines
Demonstrated ability to follow oral and written instruction and complete tasks independently
Strong demonstrated data entry skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding financial and personal information
