Job Responsibility:
Investigate and resolve OS&D issues by identifying the cause of incidents and implementing corrective actions
Review shipping documents, inspect freight and contact relevant parties to gather information
Meticulously track and record all OS&D incidents, ensuring accurate documentation for future reference and claims processing
Communicate with customers to inform them of the status of their shipments and guide them in filing claims
Collaborate closely with various teams to resolve issues and improve operational efficiency
Contribute to the development and implementation of preventive measures to minimize future occurrences of OS&D
Adhere to established freight flow and OS&D procedures to ensure compliance and maintain quality standards
Escalate unresolved issues or non-compliance matters to management
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills for managing files and follow-ups
Strong problem-solving skills to identify root causes and propose solutions
Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams
Proficiency in using logistics systems, including AS400 and Truckmate
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to perform freight inspections and analyze shipping documents
Documentation and record-keeping skills
