Setting: Inpatient only
Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime
Call: Approximately 4 nights per month
No OR or first‑assist responsibilities
Scope: Upper and lower extremities
Procedures: Splinting, reductions, joint aspirations, suturing, traction pins
Patient volume: 10–13 per day

Job Responsibility

Independently rounding, handling consults, managing admissions and discharges, supporting post‑operative care for upper and lower extremity cases
procedural responsibilities including splinting, reductions, joint aspirations, suturing, and traction pins
collaborating daily with two orthopedic trauma surgeons
call coverage approximately four nights per month
