Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Orthodontic Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and providing expert support across our orthodontic product portfolio. Combining account management, business development, and specialist product knowledge, you will work collaboratively with customers and colleagues to drive sales performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and support the continued growth of our orthodontic division.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with orthodontic practices
  • provide tailored product recommendations and identify sales opportunities
  • manage a portfolio of orthodontic accounts
  • deliver excellent customer service while achieving sales targets
  • provide specialist product knowledge and support on orthodontic consumables, equipment, and digital solutions
  • coordinate quotations, process orders, and manage customer enquiries
  • support administration of key orthodontic accounts
  • work closely with Head of Ortho, Business Consultants, suppliers, and internal departments
  • assist with planning and organising customer events, product launches, training sessions, and marketing initiatives
  • monitor sales performance, produce reports, and identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, retention, and sales growth
