Job Responsibility:
Deliver high-quality orthodontic treatment under prescription
Support predominantly adult orthodontic treatments, including Invisalign, fixed appliances, and retainers
Assist in treatment planning and workflows for both clear aligners and fixed appliances
Provide a relaxed, patient-centred experience
Confident use of intra-oral scanners, clinical photography, and the Invisalign portal
Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate, detailed clinical records
Uphold the highest standards of cross-infection control and clinical governance
Deliver exceptional chairside communication, education, and reassurance
Contribute positively to a collaborative, supportive team culture
Requirements:
Orthodontic Therapist qualification
At least two years’ post-qualification experience
Clinically confident
Digitally capable
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable working in a fully digital practice environment
Reliable, punctual, and highly organised
Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable
Able to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team
Professional presentation and conduct
Strong ethical standards and up-to-date CPD
Excellent references
Clinical portfolio is desirable
