Job Description

Step into a rewarding role at our well-established practice. We’re seeking a patient-focused Orthodontic Therapist to join our experienced clinical team (we can accommodate Mondays or Wednesdays) to deliver exceptional standards of care. Our practice is dedicated to specialist orthodontic care, combining clinical expertise with modern technology to deliver exceptional outcomes for our patients. We pride ourselves on maintaining high clinical standards and a calm, professional environment. Collaboration, professionalism, and patient care are at the heart of everything we do.

Job Responsibility

  • Adjustment of fixed and removable appliances
  • Taking impressions and digital scans
  • Fitting orthodontic bands and attachments
  • Removing appliances and providing retention
  • Delivering oral hygiene and appliance care advice
  • Maintaining accurate clinical records in line with GDC standards

Requirements

  • GDC-registered Orthodontic Therapist
  • Indemnity cover in place
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Calm, confident, and professional manner
  • Strong teamwork and organisational skills
  • Experience in a specialist orthodontic setting preferred

  • Confident use of intra-oral scanners, clinical photography, and the Invisalign portal
  • Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate, detailed clinical records
  • Uphold the highest standards of cross-infection control and clinical governance
