Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in business analysis within a large organization
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to think strategically
  • Experience in data analysis and visualization using tools such as Excel, Tableau or similar
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience working in an Agile environment is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering
  • Business level or higher proficiency in English and Japanese is required
  • Experience in the energy or related industry is a plus
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
