Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Originations Director to develop external introducer relationships, and to source, structure, negotiate and close Asset Based Lending facilities in the UK. The role will complement an existing team and requires developing and maintaining relationships primarily in northern England with responsibilities covering the whole UK.

Job Responsibility:

Develop external introducer relationships
Source, structure, negotiate and close Asset Based Lending facilities in the UK
Act as advisor to senior leadership
Lead sourcing of new clients or growing existing relationships
Understand clients' businesses and strategic objectives
Partner with client teams on client transactions
Strategically engage with professionals across the enterprise
Partner with product management functional partners
Serve as mentor for less experienced individuals

Requirements:

Experience in secured or specialized lending sales
Qualified by Experience having been immersed in the UK ABL market
Preferably experience in a UK clearing bank or US ABL shop in the UK

Nice to have:

Based in northern England
Ability to work independently in a focused, self-managed environment
Experience maintaining strong relationships with different business stakeholders
