Job Description

This internship offers the opportunity to join our Organizational Management team and gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of people operations including Human Resources, Learning & Development, and Recruitment. This internship offers a unique opportunity to see how people, processes, and culture work together to drive our team’s success. You’ll take part in projects that strengthen the employee experience, support talent growth, and build scalable programs while learning what it takes to develop an organization that’s built to grow.

Job Responsibility

  • Participate in cross-functional projects supporting HR, L&D, and Recruitment initiatives
  • Contribute to audits, process documentation, and communication updates to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Assist with employee experience programs ranging from focus areas such as onboarding and orientation to training and engagement
  • Support data analysis efforts, exploring how data and research shape people strategies while contributing insights from your own learning and academic experience
  • Collaborate on internal communications and project coordination or other ad hoc projects as they come up

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
  • Professionalism, reliability, and accountability
  • Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior in a college or university program (Psychology, Education, Human Resources, or related field preferred) or recent graduate
  • Ability to dedicate 15-20 hours per week
  • Based in Michigan, Virginia, Georgia, or Texas for stronger engagement and mentorship

Prior facilitation or presentation experience

  • Support the Artemest Trade & Design team in managing large-scale and custom projects, with a strong focus on creative design and bespoke product requests coming from international markets (US, UK, FR, ME, ROW) and internal Trade Team needs
  • Provide technical and operational support to the bespoke service, translating client requests into actionable inputs for suppliers
