Job Responsibility

Act as the design authority for utility network adoption, ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards
Provide technical guidance to adoption partners on multi-utility design, construction, and compliance

Engage with adoption partners from enquiry through to asset construction, enhancing the customer journey
Lead business change initiatives, supporting organizational development and coaching managers on people management issues

3+ years curriculum development experience for adult audiences (ages 18+)
1-2 years experience managing curriculum development projects in a fast-paced environment
Graduate in any field with strong academic track record

Job Responsibility

Conduct on-the-ground research, including job shadowing, interviews, and focus groups, that informs the design of a program

Design and write, or manage external contractors in the writing of, in-person and online sessions, assessments and materials across different types of programs
Secure, onboard, and coach and develop design teams (e.g. contract designers) to further develop their practice
Establish design goals and develop a project plan for creating or revising a curriculum based on those goals
Monitor contract designers and report progress toward design goals and problem solve as needed
Review and give feedback on design team session plans in order to ensure alignment with Generation’s design standards and methodology
Support country teams in gathering and analysing data on the effectiveness of programs
